Terms And Conditions- No warranty: There is no warranty of any kind. Consider it as an "As is" service. I cannot guarantee any part of this site. This includes, but not limited to: Server Uptime, Image storage, Image backup, me tripping over wires and "acts of god". I try my best to offer a good service. If something happens, I will do my best to fix it in a timely manner. - Service Intent: Photo-Host.org is intended to be a temporary home for your images and photos. It it not intended for static images for web sites such as buttons or backgrounds, please store these images on your the hosting server. These types of images are most likely to be removed. - No Illegal/Pornography/Inappropriate Images: Frankly I do not want to deal with it. If you upload something that does not belong here, I will delete and/or replace it and block your IP address or class. If its something illegal, I will submit your IP address to the authorities. - Privacy: I do log the IP address of the computer in which each image is uploaded with. I only do this in case somebody uploads something illegal (see above). This is the only reason why this information is logged. I do not share/trade/sell your infomation to anybody else. - Image Deletion: Images that are older than 5 days are deleted from the server. This prevents cluttering up the server with unneeded images. Any image that uses up too much bandwidth is automatically deleted. - No Back Up: I do not back up the images stored on this site. Please, please, please... always backup your images on your own computer and on different media. - "Harmful Images": "Harmful Images" are not illegal or pornographic in nature, these are images that might be bogging the server down for what ever reason. This includes images that receive alot of traffic. I will delete and/or replace these images to ensure the integrity of the system. This also includes images that do not load in a reasonable amount of time. Chances are anything that takes longer than 10 seconds to load will be deleted. - The Bottom Line: I reserve the right to delete/replace/change any image at any time for any reason. I also reserve the right to change these terms of service at anytime without warning. (I'm a nice guy, I swear!) |
